Adoi.. isk isk..

Aloha.. Lama aku tak update. takde mood coz kaki aku sakit.

sabtu aritu ada office nye tennis tournament, ahad the next day plak join rugby, by the time ari isnin aku dah jalan tencot2 gi clinic sambil merayu kat doctor mintak jab bontot dgn pain killer. sakit gler dowh.

doctor recommend gi specialist. lepas jumpa specialist doctor kat ampang puteri, im diagnosted with "achilles tendon bursitis". nama gempak giler.. tapi kalau org tanya sakit ape, berbelit gak lidah aku nak sebut. but anyhow, Alhamdulillah tendon aku tak koyak entirely, kalau tak dah kena operate untuk sambungkan balik.

Achilles tendon bursitis is inflammation of the fluid-filled sac (bursa) located either between the skin of the heel and the Achilles tendon (posterior Achilles tendon bursitis) or in front of the attachment of the Achilles tendon to the heel bone (anterior Achilles tendon bursitis, retrocalcaneal bursitis). get it ??? i dont.. hehe

Tadi aku gi physiotherapy, lalu dihadiahkan air-cast balut kaki. kena pakai minimum sebulan. so, kira ok la jugak, ada alasan aku nak gi office pakai selipar jepun jek.

Anyway, back to football. EPL is starting next week(yahooooo!!). arsenal first match will be against fulham. i believe the team are more than ready to face any opposition now. looking back thru their preparations and all the friendly games, we have shown others that we are still a solid team and we could be even BETTER, without Henry and Ljungberg.

Arsenal kept home the Emirates Cup.Day 1: menang 2-1 to PSG. Day 2: menang 2-1 to Inter Milan. after Emirates cup, the team flew off to ajax's ground for the Amsterdam Tournament. There, we beat Lazio 2-1, and also the home organizer ajax 1-0, thus enabling us to win the tournament. again, RVP was sensational. the whole team was sensational. as wenger quoted:

"What you can see is the spirit is strong in the team and that everybody works for each other. That is very positive. It has been a perfect pre-season to start the championship".

yeppaaa..!!

Well, everything feels so right at the moment for the team, as every missing pieces start to fall into place. let just hope the boss put down his signature on a new contract this week. that'll be an icing on the cake for a perfect premier league start.

p/s: congrats to man utd for winning the community shield. giler hebat van der sar dapat save semua penalty kick. giler sebu chelsea tak dapat score sebijik pun penalty, heh heh.
