Fabregas 1:0 Schmeichel Jr.

Arsenal mengalahkan man city 1-0 at the emirates, thanks to a great shot by fabulous fabregas. The shot was so powerful that even the highly outstanding schmeichel junior couldnt do anything but to let it fly through his hands. aku rate kasper schmeichel ni highly. to me he's a legend goalkeeper in the making just like his dad. in fact, he's even better than any experienced england keeper available (and im implying on paul robinson here..heh heh). he manage to save RVP penalty kick using his legs, with a correct guessing on the ball direction of course.

Overall, i think arsenal could play better. nasib baik menang. minit ke 80 plak tu... selalu nak bagi fans sakit jantung awal2.. and im very dissapointed with adebayor. same je macam last season. in fact, aku pun doubtfull yg mamat ni betul2 fit ke tak. i think bendtner should get into the first 11 instead of him. but still, i know i have to bear in mind that ade had just recovered from a recent groin injury. he does need more games to do better. hadoihh.. sabar... sabar...
And pasal Dudu plak, i think he's "not quite there yet" ...but he's "getting there" if u know what i mean. if u dont know.. then.. err.. lantak korang lah..

lets talk about defense. we have lost gallas, eboue and senderos to injury. and today we saw 2 midfielders moved down to defenders position after sagna's injury blow. denilson was brought in at midfield so that flamini can move to right back position. gilberto start his first premier league game of the season at centre half.

bagi aku, this is a serious issue. we cant afford to lose more defenders to injury. cuba bayangkan kalau next game kita lost toure, ape backup plan untuk defenders ?? siapa yg available lagi ?? we have loan out djourou to birmingham, and that move could be a questionable issue (tho i pray not). i say we either get more backup defenders before the transfer market ends this friday. kalau tak pun, ambik somebody from the reserve team yg quite reliable if any. that 17 yr old nordtveit could do. sape2 je lah yg ok..

we are up against sparta prague at home turf tomorrow. leading with 2-0 aggregate away, i reckon we could win big this time. anyhow, this is a good opportunity to try out fabianski and rest almunia for the league game. bendtner, dudu and walcott should get a head start too. i reckon we'll stride through. no worries :)
